You feel it’s not good but yet you are powerless. That was what I felt standing in front of the Berlin Wall for the first time. How would I explain this to my children should I get them? Strangely enough I felt deep inside that this would end, which eventually happened in 1989. The gap between East and West seized to exist. Something that seemed an utopia a decade before. By combining individual strengths the impossible was made possible! 
 
May 2007 I met Robbert Hagens, who started 1We - One World Experience a year earlier. I felt this was good but at the same time I again felt powerless. The ambitions were sky high. How could I contribute to this? 
 
We both looked at a world transforming rapidly. And with that also the economy which in my opinion is centralizing men and his experience. The product or the service is no longer distinctive; the experience and the underlying emotion become the most meaningful. Doing business from the heart will become the new device. That’ss the reason why I started Storytelling in business environments in 2006. Stories connect. Stories give meaning, offer inspiration and make sure that we are touched by them. 
 
In a story you can recognize yourself and a connection is made; each from its own uniqueness and authenticity. With this we create ‘freedom in alliance’. Offering you the possibility to add something of yourself, to make a difference and at the same time be an important link in society.
 
This is exactly what 1We - One World Experience is all about. 1We is a ‘World Story’ to which each organization or entrepreneur can add a chapter out of passion or commitment. As a breeding ground for the new way of thinking and acting 1We - One World Experience plays a role in the realization of transforming our world and its economy. A powerful organization will originate by combining powers, which may have enormous consequences and offers everybody the opportunity to contribute towards a positive world. Each from his own context. This is the ultimate freedom in alliance!
